Stability Ball?
I’ve got a 65cm stability ball, and I like using it..I got a pamphlet with the ball when I bought it, I’ve done some of the exercises, and I’m not very good at them. I’m good at doing sit ups on them, I can really feel it working when I do sit ups with it.
But when I do other exercises it seems like it’s not working or..idk? Does anyone have good advice on using the ball, or workouts they really enjoy with it. Thanks.

Looking for a "stability ball" with sand in the bottom to keep it from rolling too freely.?
I’ve been looking through questions to figure out how to identify, before ordering, whether an exercise or balance or stability ball is "weighted" with sand or something to keep it from rolling too freely, but haven’t found the answer. My sister has a ball like this, and I’d like one, but don’t know what it’s called.
Can you tell me what the difference is between a stability ball, an exercise ball, and a balance ball?
Still wondering what the differences are between types, if anyone has an answer to that.
Ended up stumbling over the Reebok "StayBall," which has some sand like stuff in it and fits the bill of exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks for the idea, though. I may end up doing that with a different ball, as dd would like "pink" and the "StayBall" in her size is green.

Hello
I just got my stability ball and I would like to know how often should I do these exercises??
everyday or every 3 days???
I’m in pretty good shape, I bought the ball to keep everything tight.
this is my routine, 10 reps and 3 sets of each = total of 30 when complete.
*push ups
*triceps dips
*reverse crunches (lower back)
* "plate" leg extensions
* V sits
should I do these everyday??
every other day??
or every 3 days??
any professional trainers answers well come
