When you perform a lunge, preferably keep your knee directly above your ankle and no further. This will ensure your patellofemoral joint is not stressed repeatedly which leads to many overuse injuries and pain in your kneecap area. When you rotate the BOSU, make sure to keep your core drawn in tightly (belly button drawn in to spine) Your goal with the rotating lunge is to keep your front knee from moving side to side at all.
